REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Veloura Beauty US, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Please carefully review our Refund & Return Policy before making a purchase.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 7-day return window for eligible items.
To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a return:
- the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition,
- all original packaging, seals, tags, accessories, and inserts must be included,
- the item must show no signs of use, testing, tampering, or damage,
- and proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
For hygiene and safety reasons, any opened or used beauty, cosmetic, skincare, or personal care product is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Veloura Beauty US reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- opened beauty or skincare products,
- used cosmetic products,
- personal care items,
- sale or clearance items,
- gift cards,
- promotional/free items,
- customized or personalized items,
- hazardous materials,
- and products marked “Final Sale.”
4. RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
All returns require prior approval from Veloura Beauty US.

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
5. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:
- the wrong item was shipped,
- or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Original shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable.
Customers must use a trackable shipping service for approved returns.
Veloura Beauty US is not responsible for:
- lost returns,
- stolen returns,
- delayed returns,
- or packages damaged during return transit.
6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Customers must inspect orders immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives:
- damaged,
- defective,
- incorrect,
- or incomplete,
you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- and clear photos of:
- the product,
- packaging,
- shipping label,
- and visible damage.
Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in denial of your claim.
Veloura Beauty US reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement, store credit, or refund.
7. RETURN INSPECTION
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
We reserve the right to:
- reject returns,
- deny refunds,
- issue partial refunds,
- or apply a restocking fee of up to 20%
if returned items:
- show signs of use,
- are damaged,
- are missing packaging or components,
- contain altered packaging,
- or do not match the original order.
Returns suspected of fraud, abuse, item swapping, or unauthorized use may be denied.
8. REFUNDS
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding refund approval.
If approved:
- refunds will be issued to the original payment method,
- within approximately 5–10 business days.
Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
Refunds may be denied if:
- return conditions are not met,
- the product is opened or used,
- fraudulent activity is suspected,
- or the return violates this policy.
9. EXCHANGES
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If eligible, customers may:
- return the approved item,
- receive a refund if approved,
- and place a new order separately.
10. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Orders refused by the customer or returned due to:
- incorrect shipping information,
- failure to pay customs duties,
- failed delivery attempts,
- or refusal to accept delivery
may be subject to:
- return shipping fees,
- restocking fees,
- and non-refundable shipping charges.
Refunds for refused or abandoned shipments are not guaranteed.
11. CHARGEBACK & REFUND ABUSE
Customers agree to contact Veloura Beauty US before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- account restrictions,
- denial of future purchases,
- submission of evidence to payment processors,
- and legal action where applicable.
Initiating a chargeback before completing the return process may void refund eligibility.
12. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers are responsible for:
- customs duties,
- import taxes,
- VAT,
- and destination-country fees.
Veloura Beauty US is not responsible for customs delays, rejected imports, or abandoned international shipments.
13. EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have rights under local consumer laws.
However, under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons are exempt from withdrawal rights once unsealed.
Therefore, opened beauty and personal care products are not eligible for return or cancellation.
14. POLICY ABUSE
Veloura Beauty US reserves the right to:
- refuse returns,
- limit refunds,
- suspend accounts,
- or reject future orders
in cases of suspected:
- excessive returns,
- reseller activity,
- refund abuse,
- fraudulent claims,
- or violations of this policy.
